Wild times ahead, I guess

It appears to me like the impending semester is not for the faint of heart. Luckily, I have gotten this far so I am well on my way to becoming a full fledged nurse. I am excited for this whole process and hope it catapults me forward into the adulthood advanced courses (he says jokingly knowing that adulthood is not a school).

With that being said, what exactly are my goals for the future.

1st off, that’s a really hard question to answer but I will give it a shot.

  • Finish nursing school and pass the NCLEX. This is step one. Without this, all other steps are invalid.

  • work in an emergency department as a nurse.

  • obtain my TCRN, CEN, and maybe my CCRN.

  • obtain BSN

  • Reevaluate possibility of going to DO school and look at ways to accomplish that.

  • if plausible, complete class requirements for DO school and apply.

  • medical school?

  • Flight nursing?

  • Army/air force nursing?

  • Marry Tori. The only reason this is not up higher is because I am poor and would need money to marry her.

  • move to Colorado.

  • buy a three-legged dog.

  • shoot a short film.

  • Learn Spanish.

  • learn to cook with spices.

  • buy a nice house or condo.

  • kid?

  • obtain at least a blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.

  • look back at this and laugh.

Now, some of these things have question marks next to them. The question marks tell the reader (being you or whatever archeologist discovers my stressed out corpse in the tomb of coffee mugs I plan to make for myself) that I do not know what’s gonna happen. I am okay with that. The destination is cool, but the journey is what matters.

cliché over

enjoy your day.
